Pre Wedding Reception

Day-of Wedding Coordinator

We will contact all vendors and make sure their arrival and set-up times are following your designated schedule. We will garentee the ceremony starts on time and give all necissary instructions for annoncments and speeches to the DJ. We will also manage the caterer and make sure all the food is served at the proper tmes and the dessert and cake table are placed exactly how you want. 

Wedding Ceremony, Reception, RSVP Management, and Day-of Coordinating

 You will be responsible for venue selection and decor selection only. Our staff will set up the venue for you in any way You choose and hire all necessary staff such as DJ, Photographer, Florist, Caterer, and Bartender. If you would like a photo booth or live musicians we have contacts for those aswell.

Wedding Ceremony, Reception, RSVP Management, Color Scheme, Venue Selection, and Day-of Coordinating

 This package is our most popular package. It includes everything a wedding could need and no research is required to be done by you. For the busy Bride and Groom that want the perfect wedding but no time to plan for it this is the package for you. 

Engagement Party, Bridal Shower, Ceremony, Reception, Color Scheme, Multiple Venue Selection and Day-of Coordinating 

This package option takes all the work out of wedding planning. No worry, no hassle and no work for the mothers or maid of honor. Everything from the moment after you said yes to marrying your loved one is managed by our staff.

Are there any additional services you provide?
We also provide Servers and Bartenders for all events. Whether you have your own caterer already or need us to bring food to you from our partnering caterers, we can accommodate you. We also rent all types of equipment needed to make your party a success. Our most popular rentals are Portable Bars and Coolers.

How far in advance should clients book your services?
We sometimes have available staff the day before an event, but I recommend booking your event with us at least 1 week in advance for servers, bartenders or caterers, 1 month in advance for a Day-of Coordinator, and a minimum of 3 months for a full wedding plan.

Most of our staff generally speak English and we also have employees fluent in Spanish and Sign Language.
