We offer many packages that can be tailored to your specific needs. Our services include a variety of design essentials to ensure that your event is a sheer success. We begin with consultations to be sure that we understand your vision. From there, you can choose the package that best fits your needs so that we can bring your ideas to life through the desired ambiance. Check out our packages below!
The Amethyst Package: 2 Hour Event Consultation- 2 hour consultation which informs the client of the steps they need to take to plan the event.
The Emerald Package: Day of Coordination- The consultant will meet with the client to get details of plans so that she can successfully coordinate the day of events. The client will have already pre-planned the event in this case.
The Pearl Package: Event Consultation: This option is for the client who needs full wedding planning assistance, but not day of directing.
Event Design- The consultant will design all aspects of the event to meet the clients needs. With this option a planner/director is not needed.
The Diamond Package: Event Planning and Day of Coordination- La Chantel consultants will plan every detail of the event and coordinate the day of activities.

I was at a loss by another vendor at first who could not see MY vision for my wedding but instead, impressed upon me what my vision should be. I was so stressed out. I got up the nerve to fire that particular vendor and I found Kari Houston of La Chantel Weddings & Events and she and her company were my saviors! Nothing was too big or too small and they worked with my budget. They were extremely flexible and gave me constant reassurance. I thank God for leading me to them otherwise I would have had someone else's wedding, not my own. La Chantel Weddings & Events took my ideas to the next level and helped me to create the happiest day of my life! I highly recommend them!
Kari and her team were amazing! Let me first start by saying I attempted to plan our wedding on my own. I made good progress but life got in the way. We lived in the DFW area when I started planning and I booked our venue in Fort Worth and 7 months before the wedding my then fiance's job relocated us to a new city! Which meant on top of wedding planning, studying for the CPA Exam, working full time, I now had to throw in packing/unpacking selling a house & buying a new house.
I reached out to Kari and she was amazing! She quickly assessed where I was in the process and took it from there! She even helped my husband with the rehearsal dinner! I told her that I would take care of the programs, escort cards, and seating arrangements. Of coarse I didn't have the time and THE DAY OF THE WEDDING Kari and her team took care of it all and I didn't have to worry about anything! They even went and got the correct shirt and tie for one of the groomsmen when they rental place gave him the wrong items. In the midst of running around and handling last minute details they even had the time to bring snacks for the wedding party while getting ready, a detail I didn't even think about!
The whole time they we very professional and worked very well coordinating with all of the vendors.
If I could redo the whole process I would have used Kari and her team from the very beginning! I am so glad that she was able to step in and make our day as wonderful and stress free as I had imagined.
I Hired Kari and her team for my weddding at the Hall Of State. She made our vision come to life and the whole event was breathtaking! Everything ran so smoothly and we continue to get compliments. We cannot thank her enough! I would definitely recommend her!
