Welcome to the DFW Purple Chair Event Planners & Designs the full service wedding and event planning company.   We are available to assist you plan and implement all the necessary details for your special occasion.  Whether it’s a country chic or modern glam with a twist of elegance theme, the DFW Purple Chair makes sure the vision is achieved with creativity and professionalism.  Every event we plan will carry a distinctive touch of class to ensure that it is an appropriate reflection of you, your organization, or group.

Packages - DFW Purple Chair Event Planners & Design

Lilac Package- Day of Coordination

Created for the bride that has everything together and but need help managing your special day.  Service included (but not limited to):

  • Begin assisting one month prior to event
  • Two scheduled meetings to review wedding progress and details
  • Inspection of venue and/or facilities prior to event
  • Confirm all vendor services one week prior to event
  • Create detailed itinerary for vendors & service providers
  • Oversee rehearsal with directions and instructions
  • Complete wedding day coordination

Orchid Package- Planning with Event Décor

This package is created for the bride that has a vision but need a little help bringing it all together with décor design and a professional theme.  Service included (but not limited to):

  • Budget review and assistance
  • Prepare wedding checklist to assist client with planning tasks
  • Assist in locating venue and setting up venue tours for ceremony & reception site
  • Create a customized event Décor and Design board
  • Vendor referral services
  • Up to six scheduled meetings with Event Planner/Coordinator
  • Attendance at final meetings with caterer & venue managers
  • Confirmation of vendor services both 2 weeks & 5 days prior to wedding
  • Oversee rehearsal with directions and instructions
  • Complete wedding day coordination

Violet Package- Full Service Event Planning

This package is created for the bride that wants to be guided through the entire planning process by an experience wedding coordinator/specialist with highest level professional service.  Service included (but not limited to):

  • Customized budget development & management
  • Coordinate and attend up to 12 wedding planning/vendor meetings
  • Prepare custom wedding checklist to assist client with planning tasks
  • Assist in locating venue and setting up venue tours for ceremony & reception site
  • Create a customized event décor and design board
  • Management of vendor relations
  • Contract reviews & negotiations
  • Coordinate with all vendors and providing client with one source of communication
  • Assist with ordering & mailing invitations
  • Assist with guest services: transportation, securing room blocks, and (2) email communication blasts to all guests with provided emails
  • Oversee rehearsal with directions and instructions
  • Complete wedding day coordination
