Let us help you develop an event that reflects your personal tastes.  Tailored to be the event you always dreamed of, we work with you from the beginning, guiding and assisting you throughout the process, to your wedding day.

  • Site selection assistance with multiple site visits to review event detail and layout
  • Vendor recommendation, management, timeline development and day of coordination to assure a successful event
  • Wedding rehearsal coordination

  • Recommendation of high quality vendors
  • Attendance at all local vendor meetings
  • Vendor negotiation & contract review & final headcount reporting
  • Rental management and contract review for event items (tables, chairs, dance floor, lighting)
  • Bridal party styling and attire selection for weddings

  • Unlimited email & phone access throughout the entire planning process with prompt, thorough responses



You’ve planned most of the details but as the day of your event approaches, you want someone to take over the coordination and wrap up final details.

  • Creation of timeline for entire event and all vendors
  • Coordination music selections with dj/banC
  • Contact vendors for coordination of order, delivery and payment
  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination including bridal party organization and line up
  • Vendor referrals – photographer, baker, photobooth, etc.
  • Review and consultation with client of ceremony/reception planning, décor, centerpieces, seating arrangements, décor, venue, etc.
  • Full day wedding coordination



 Planned it all yourself but want to make sure that you enjoy the wedding of your dreams?  Leave the coordination of your wedding day to our professional team. We will assure that all of the details you planned come together to perfection!  All you have to do is relax and enjoy your special day!

  • Consultation to discuss your event details
  • Site visit and complete walk through of the venue
  • Includes unlimited phone calls & emails during the month leading up to the event
  • References for personal styling for the bridal party
  • One hour rehearsal is included
  • Creation of timeline, vendor contact list and event checklist
  • Vendor confirmation and follow-up the week of the event
  • Coordinator available from start of event to end of the day
  • Assist wedding party with preparation for the day and attire
  • Check in of all vendors to assure they are on task
  • Set up at event of personal décor items
  • Assist guests with seating arrangements if needed
  • Coordination of all events of the day  (i.e. wedding bridal toss, cake cutting, entrance of bridal party, first dance, etc.)
  • Bridal emergency kit
  • Distribution of final payments to vendors at site
  • Packing of décor items at end of the event with delivery along with gifts and cards

We can assist with planning and coordinating all of the related wedding events as well.  For day of coordinating, we charge an hourly rate of $80.00.  For complete planning, prices vary depending on venue location, size and detail of event.






Karen Marie Events also offers our services with other events.  If you are planning engagement parties, bridal showers, birthdays, private dinners, sweet sixteen parties, quincineras, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, graduation parties, kid’s birthday parties and anniversaries, we can help. 

For the corporate client, we provide planning services for business meetings, trade expos, golf tournaments, and conventions.

    Karen and her team did an amazing job coordinating my wedding. I was so stressed out and hired them for a month of planning package and they took care of every little detail at the end. The result was I really enjoyed my wedding and didn't have to worry about a thing - I highly recommend them!

    Karen was so wonderful to work with! Her and her team were absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and really took the time to make sure each detail was thought out and planned. As soon as you can but we can also work on short notice. For weddings, we have a full planning package where we plan and coordinate the entire event from beginning to end. We also have month of and day of planning packages that can be booked with shorter notice.
