Both my partner and I have worked in restaurants and catering venues so we had really high standards for a caterer for our wedding. We were both determined to find someone who could make interesting and delicious food- not just the standard wedding fare. We were so happy to find Culinary Creations- a company that perfectly fit what we wanted. They have a huge number of choices to choose from with a lot of flexibility to mix different concepts, sauces, and types of food to build a fully customized menu. Once you sit with Andrew and give him some idea of your budget and wants, he works with you to add and remove different options to satisfy your needs. We decided we didn't want a wedding cake, so he circled every other dessert option we could have without adding to our price and then told us he could easily do other options as well if we wanted- we could just adjust the menu elsewhere. That kind of flexibility made it very easy to chose a menu that was perfect for us and our budget. The night of the wedding, JoAnn ran everything smoothly and professionally. Although I failed to notice and warn her that my venue didn't have a freezer (sorry, JoAnn!), she quickly adapted and made a slight change to the schedule of the event to make our dessert work. She and her team were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. My partner and I ran late and missed our cocktail hour so her team put aside some of the passed hors d'ouevres for us to try later. Because my partner and I have both worked in the service industry and know service people aren't always treated great, it was nice to learn that all staff are compensated fairly and treated well by Culinary Creations. I can only assume that leads to less turnover as the staff seemed well trained and professional. Culinary Creations was easy to work with, didn't try to "up sell" or push me out of my budget, and made delicious food. I couldn't have really asked for anything more.
