Bistro Tray - Cubed and sliced cheeses, sopresatta and pepperoni, roasted peppers, marinated olives, artichoke hearts, stuffed cherry peppers, served with crackers.
Pate Tray - Chicken or goose liver, truffle mousse, duck and smoked salmon pates, served with toast rounds, crackers, and fruit slices.
Hummus Platter - Traditional and roasted pepper hummus with herb baked pita points.
Homemade Chips and Dips - Our own flour tortilla chips with mild and mango salsas, guacamole, spinach, and artichoke parmesan dips.
Bruschetta Tier - Traditional tomato and mozzarella, dill shrimp, and artichoke and prosciutto toppings, served with phyllo cups and crostini.
Crudite Basket - Fresh vegetables with cusabi or ranch dip.
Sample Menus - Main Course
Carve Station:
Carved to order: marinated Flank Steak (can substitute Filet at market price), Fresh Turkey Breast, and/or Country Glazed Ham. Accompanied with a variety of mustards, horseradish sauce, cranberry sauce, AuJus, gravy, and roasted peppers. Served with a variety of rolls and our signature wild green salad.
Stir Fry Station:
Prepared to order tableside with Chicken, Beef and Shrimp. Served with noodles and/or basamati rice, and fresh vegetables. Accompanied with dinner rolls and butter, and traditional garden salad.
Pasta Station:
Prepared to order for your guests with your choice of three pastas and three sauces. Pasta selections include Penne, Farfalle, Tortellini, Fussili, Linguini, Specialty and seasonal pastas also available. Sauce options include Creamed tomato basil, carbonara, wild mushroom marinara, creamy pistachio, seafood marinara, alfredo, prosciutto marinara, and primavera. Your Pasta Station includes diced vegetables and chicken toppings, dinner rolls and butter, classic Caesar salad, and fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
Fajita Station:
Chicken and Steak Fajitas prepared tableside with grilled onions and peppers, finished with choice of toppings - salsa, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, diced tomato, and shredded Jack cheese. Served with a chilled three bean salad.
Caesar Salad Station:
Prepared to order with choice of Chicken, Beef and Shrimp. Includes fresh Romaine, homemade croutons, grated Parmesan cheese, classic Caesar dressing, dinner rolls and butter. Add-ons by request: Hard boiled egg, anchovies.
Classic Barbeque:
Grilled to order Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, and Marinated Chicken Breast. Served with fresh baked rolls, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, ketchup, mustard, relish, etc. Your barbeque also includes our house pasta salad, fresh fruit salad, and cookie tray.
Add-ons by request: Corn on the cob, baked beans, ribs, tuna steak, veggie burgers, sword fish, additional seasonal fish and salad options.
Omelette Station:
Prepared to order tableside with the following toppings: Diced ham, bacon, tomato, broccoli, bell peppers, onion, and shredded cheese. Station includes home fries, bacon and sausage, bagel basket with cream cheeses and butter, fresh carved fruit salad, coffee and juice service.
