My goal in my catering business is to create an intimate dining experience where you can enjoy the fine dining in your own house. Passion for food is still in my heart and comes out in my cooking. I keep striving to learn as much as I can about food and new techniques. My goal in my cooking is to push the boundaries of what people are used to eating while still keeping the food familiar.
