Tom Baker started Manitou Photos in 2006. Manitou, The Great Spirit, is an Algonquin term combining the meanings of spirit, mystery, and magic. The elements of the meaning of Manitou, combined with compassion, drive, and great attention to detail, are what Tom brings to his photography, business, and life.

Tom's background is in photojournalism. He will approach your wedding with a documentary style, but also knows how important art and creativity are when creating images. He settles for nothing less than providing you with exceptional service and puts forth every effort toward effective communication with the couples he works with to make their wedding day go smoothly and be a very special and unique experience.
