Wedding and reception for 150 guests     

    Complete B&B rental which would be ten rooms, two nights, for up to two people each (more than two in a room costs $10.00 per person per night). Breakfast at 9:00 family style for twenty, two mornings.

    Use of the grounds (11 acres) for the ceremony and the barn for the reception. Use of one gas grill and one charcoal grill, if needed for the rehearsal dinner. Use of fire pit for bonefire.

Barn Reception

    Head table for up to eight. 60" round tables seating 8 guests each with 90" table cloths. Place settings - plate, salad plate, water glass, knofe, fork, spoon, salad fork, dessert fork, & cloth napkin. White resin chairs.

Appetizers - Steamed Shrimp, Fruit Tray & Cheese Tray

Salad - Dressed House Salad (family style bowl in each table)

Main Meal - BBQ Beef Brisket & Chicken Kiev (a portion of both for everyone), Scalloped Potatoes, Vegetable Medley, Rolls & Butter

Drink Station - Coffee, Iced Tea & Ice Water

Not included - Setting up for ceremony, Officiate, Wedding Cake, Alcohol, Bar Tender, Band or DJ.

Total Cost including tax -     $10,600.00

Cost can be reduced by having guests who stay in B&B rooms pay what ever amount you choose.
