We specialize in off-site catering for private parties, corporate events and weddings in central Florida and surrounding areas. We provide catering services and beverage services, as well as event staffing, entertainment, valet services and just about any other event related services one might need to make an event complete.

Seated dinners are the most formal affairs. Our staff serves your guests tableside

As your guests are seated, our staff brings out your choice of one (1) Salad, two (2) Entrées and two (2) Sides, all of which are presented on serving platters and in bowls. Your guests can help themselves to their favorite foods!

GRILLED QUESADILLA STATION
Flour Tortillas Grilled with Guests’ Choice of Fillings: Tequila Lime Steak and Chicken, Fire Roasted Peppers, Mushrooms, Caramelized Spanish Onions, Avocado, Cheddar or Jack Cheeses. Accompanied with Tomato Salsa, Mango Salsa, Guacamole, Chile Laced Sour Cream and Freshly made Tortilla Chips.

ITALIAN PASTA STATION
Choose two pastas:
Penne, Orecchiette, Linguine or Cheese Tortellini served with Pomodoro and Alfredo sauces, Bay Shrimp, Clams, Chicken Breast Strips, Garlic Olive Oil, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Bell Peppers, Sautéed Spinach, Mushrooms and Ciabatta Bread.

ASIAN STIR FRY STATION
Sesame Ginger Beef Strips or Szechuan Chicken Strips, Sugar Snap Peas, Broccoli, Carrots, Red Peppers, Bean Sprouts, Mushrooms, Green Onions and Peanuts. Served over aromatic Jasmine Rice.

SHRIMP & FRESH TOMATO TEQUILA COCKTAIL
Vine ripened Tomatoes tossed with Jalapeño Peppers, grated Lime Zest, Tequila, Black Pepper and Orange Liqueur. Topped with two Jumbo Shrimp and served in a martini glass

SMASHED & MASHED Potato bar STATION

             All packages are subject to a 20% gratuity and 7% sales tax.
