Just Save The Date is a full-service event planning and design company, specializing in destination weddings and social, corporate, and charity events throughout Florida and around the globe. At Just Save The Date, we believe that, we don't just plan events, we plan our friends' events. In order to create a unique and memorable event, we must get to know our clients on a personal level. Accordingly, our events directly reflect our clients, their personalities, and their vision. For some "the devil is in the details," but, for us, our client's personalities are in the details, making the overall event truly unique and memorable.

Just Save The Date is a full-service event planning and design company that takes events from beginning to end without leaving out one detail. Each of our packages is custom-created, based on the different levels of needs of our clients. Knowing that no two events (especially budgets) are alike, Just Save The Date believes that no two packages should be either. Each package is based on several factors, including location(s) of event, number of guests, services required, and the amount of time committed to the planning process.
For our wedding clients, we offer four basic packages that are each customizable to fit the needs of the future Mr. & Mrs.
This service is for couples who don't think they need a planner, but need guidance and direction from a trusted specialist to help them plan their wedding.
You may want to plan and execute your wedding yourself, but you are looking for a little direction in regards to the look and feel of your wedding or, perhaps, you need help identifying and selecting a venue or vendors. We offer this service to many couples that need a jumpstart to the planning process. Often, our Creative Consult and Referral Service leads to one of our other services, and we are flexible to accomodate those changes. Either way, we're happy to help provide you with the tools you need to make your wedding a dream come true!
{The Basic Wedding}
Our Basic Wedding Service is for the couple that has made all of their arrangements and now they are looking for the luxury of having someone take over the "day-of" details. We refer to this as "Day-Of Coordination."
Planning your wedding is hard enough - ensuring every detail, such as flowers and decor, music selection and first dances, and cake cutting, is even harder! It takes away from the enjoyment of your wedding day experience. In this service, you plan your wedding, and, beginning six to eight weeks prior to the wedding day, we take your plans and execute them, allowing you to enjoy the experience with your family and friends.
{The Essential Wedding Service}
Our Essential Wedding Service is for the couple that has the time and desire to do a lot of the legwork, but would still like our expertise in order to cover every last detail.
This service lies somewhere in between our Basic Wedding Service and out All Inclusive Wedding Service, and it is customizable to your wants and needs. Every wedding and wedding couple are different, and, sometimes, the wedding couple wants to handle some details, while leaving the other details to us. A wedding couple may, for example, want to select their own venue, based on our recommendations, but they may want us to handle the flowers and decor, based on their vision and budget. In preparation for the wedding, we communicate regularly to ensure that each of us our doing our respective part to bring your plans to fruition. And, as we approach the wedding day, we take more responsibility while you take less, allowing you to enjoy the experience with your family and friends.
{The All Inclusive Wedding Service}
Our All-Inclusive Wedding service is for the couple that wants it all and nothing less!
In this service, we plan and coordinate the entire wedding experience from beginning to end, while staying in constant communication with the bride and groom to ensure their vision is being brought to fruition. This is our most comprehensive package, and it allows the bride and groom to sit back and relax as we design and personalize their wedding pursuant to their wishes. You share your vision and then we do what we do best!
