Queen for a Day Package

This is for the bride that has been planning their wedding day since they were a little girl and wants California Bridal Eventz to step in and handle it the day of.

10 days prior to your wedding date we have a consultation and go over everything you planned. (Up to 3 hours) Client also provides copies of all vendors contracts at this meeting.

Confirmation of contracts and timing of events with all vendors

Create an event timeline and distribute that to all vendors and bridal party

Rehearsal coordination (Up to 2 hours)

Day of wedding coordination (Up to 10 hours)

Oversee all vendors day of event

Assist with set-up- Seating Cards, Menus, and Favors, Sign-in book, Gifts, etc.

Transport wedding accessories to ceremony and reception sites

Flower distribution to all members of the bridal party

Distribute final payments and tips to vendors (as needed)

Unlimited phone calls between 8am-6pm and email access during the 10 days

 

30 Days to Bliss Package

This package is for couples who have done most of the preliminary details on their own, but want complete coverage a few weeks prior to and especially on the day of your special day!

Starts 30 days prior to your wedding date

Two planning meetings

1st meeting- Review all the vendor contracts provided by the client and produce a minute by minute timeline of the wedding day (Up to 3 hours)

2nd meeting- Final detail meeting with client, meet at venue (Up to 2 hours)

On-site consultations (Up to 4 hours)

Assist with layout of reception

Review and proof BEO provided by catering manager

Contact vendors for arrival times and communicate venue's procedures for unloading, set-up and tear down

Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items

Distribute timeline to all vendors

Rehearsal coordination (Up to 2 hours)

Day of wedding coordination (Up to 10 hours)

Oversee all vendors day of event

Assist with set-up- Seating Cards, Menus, and Favors, Sign-in book, Gifts, etc.

For the couple who has flexibility with their schedules and can plan parts of their wedding but wants California Bridal Eventz to assist with design and décor, offer vendor referrals, provide unlimited professional advice and manage the details of the wedding day.

Three planning meetings with your wedding consultant (Up to 2 hours each meeting)

On-site consultations (Up to 12 hours)

Budget development and management

Referrals of vendors (Up to 3 categories)

Month to month checklists and guidelines

Site inspection and layout of ceremony and reception

Review of all vendor contracts and finalization

Attend Menu selection/ Banquet set up meeting with catering manager and client

Review and proof of BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by catering manager

Wrap up consultation prior to wedding (Up to 3 hours)

Detailed wedding timeline and checklist distributed to vendors and wedding party

Final vendor confirmations

Rehearsal coordination (Up to 2 hours)

Day of wedding coordination (Up to 10 hours)

Assist with set-up- Seating Cards, Menus, and Favors, Sign-in book, Gifts, etc.

This package is for couples who want to be taken care of through the entire process of their wedding. With this package, every detail of your wedding is managed flawlessly leaving you worry free on your special day!

Six planning meetings with wedding consultant (Up to 2 hours each meeting)

On site consultations (Up to 25 hours)

Budget development and management

Month to month checklists and guidelines

Recommend and contact vendors best suited to client's style and budget

Keep track of RSVP list

Assistance with gift registry

Assistance with invitation, favors, and place card design

Review proposals and terms of final contracts with client

Assistance with seating arrangements

Hotel bookings for out-of-town guests (As needed)

Assistance with menu selection

Assistance with rehearsal dinner reservations

Place orders for any Rental Items (Chairs, Linens, Lounge Furniture, Dance Floor, China, Glassware, Flatware, etc.)
