Was developed and based on the premise of being completely different, a breath of fresh air to the normal monotonous everyday choices. We take conservative, traditional food and twist the flavorings, adding healthy fresh fruits and vegetables and passing on to the consumer elegant plating and ambience without having to spend a month’s wages. It is possible to have formal, healthy, gourmet food without paying too much or worrying about the ingredients that you are consuming. Our mind set is to go against the grain and our “why not” philosophy is the foundational basis of the professional, personable company that is A Twisted Chef. We pride ourselves on being different and unique, focusing on quality, not quantity! We will never over-book, multi-book or risk any event from becoming just “good” and not perfect! We are passionate about our food creations and truly enjoy what we do every day. It is not our business to “sell” clients on what we think they need. We listen to their desires and our attention to detail is incorporated into every plate and dish we serve, making your special event a reality!
