Absolutely Fabulous has created this wedding planning package for those bridal couples that have done the planning themselves but they need to pull all their ideas together and make sure that their wedding unfolds exactly the way they have it envisioned.

With the BLING BLING planning package, we will schedule an initial consult to get the vision the couple has planned for their wedding, all contracts and detailed arrangement necessary for their wedding day. We will continue to stay in close contact until approximately two weeks prior to the wedding. We will then schedule a consultation to review the final wedding vision, all the final plans, the list of vendors, and anything that still may need to be done. We will create a time line to complete the lingering details and begin final creation of the rehearsal and 'day of' time lines

• Unlimited email and phone support throughout planning
• Design rehearsal, "day of" and vendor time lines so all parties are on the same page and will carry the vision throughout the wedding
• Establish flow of events for the rehearsal, wedding, reception and related ensembles [brunches, teas, etc.]
• Coordinate all vendors for the wedding and reception and ensure their contracts are fulfilled
• Oversee your hired vendors for all set up and tear down for ceremony and reception
• Assist and cue bridal couple, wedding party and both families through the rehearsal, ceremony and reception activities {toasts, dances, cake cutting, photos, etc.}
• Ensure ceremony and reception plans and personal details are executed flawlessly throughout entire day
• Distribute all final payments to vendors that still need to be paid
• Ensure all bridal couple gifts are secured and placed in designated vehicle at the end of the night
• Gather and secure all personal belongings and decor of the couple at the end of the event and place in designated vehicle at end of night
• Ensure event comes to a close successfully and facility policies are met for any deposit refunds
• Address and manage all conflicts or changes throughout event
• Complete any final details in order to make the wedding day be successful

"Half Way " Wedding Planning Package

The GLITTER PACKAGE is commonly what we like to call the "Halfway Point" package and it is our Most Popular Plan! This serves well for the bride that has quite a bit of her wedding day planned [or at least decided on] but needs help getting the final plans together, coming up with ideas for things left undone and to tie up the loose ends and make sure the wedding is executed flawlessly.

With The GLITTER plan, we schedule an initial consultation to review the wedding vision, all the planning that is completed to date, a list of hired vendors, and what is still left to be done so we can create an action plan to meet all the deadlines. We will then schedule a final meeting prior to the rehearsal and/or wedding day to do a walk thru at your wedding and rehearsal sites to confirm all the details and make last minute changes that haven't been done. You have the option to meet two other times if necessary

• Assist bride with completion of final details for the wedding
• Coordinate Rehearsal, and Day Of Events
• Etiquette advisement for paper items and seating of ceremony
• Consult with all vendors for final details, fulfillment of contract and your expectations
• Coordinate all wedding and reception activities
• Prepare and cue bridal party members and families thru ceremony and reception events
• Assist with pick up and delivery any final items that need to be a part of the wedding day ambiance and reception
• Assist with returning of rental items and any wedding decor. Oversee your hired vendors for proper set-up of ceremony and reception locations
• Review all contracts and attend vendor meetings
• Assist with pinning on and distribution of flowers
• Ensure proper placement of escort and place cards, programs, favors, memorial items, as well as other minor decorations, etc.
• Ensure ceremony and reception details are as planned and executed flawlessly
• Distribute all final payments to vendors
• Assist with clean up of both ceremony and reception site
• Coordinate couple, bridal party and families for pre and post formal bridal photos
• Gather and secure all wedding gifts and place in vehicles
• Gather and secure all personal and decor items of couple and bridal families at completion of event
• Ensure event comes to a close successfully and assist with clean up and ensure facility(s) policies are met

TOTALLY FABULOUS PACKAGE:

"All Inclusive Package"

Absolutely Fabulous has created this all inclusive wedding planning package for those bridal couples who are thrilled about being engaged but have no idea or desire to plan their lavish affair. They have thoughts on the style, excitement about certain components and their families have all contributed various ideas, but the work of making it all happen they choose to leave to the professionals.

The TOTALLY FABULOUS package will provide the bridal couple the luxury of being catered throughout the whole wedding process and beyond. They can make as many or as few wedding decisions as they choose all while watching their dream day unfold before their very eyes. Whether they choose to have a pre-determined religious, ethnic or military style or and individualized affair with custom characteristics, it can all be added within their creation with a simple 'go ahead' from the couple to be. From concept to completion, this full orchestrated ensemble will enable the bridal couple to enjoy the journey to the altar stress free and be wowed when they are finally able to say "I do!".
