Save-the-date cards are sent to your potential wedding guest to let them know you are getting married. You send these out to your wedding guests about six months before the wedding and before your formal invitations.

But, you can get more words on the regular Save-the-date cards. 

If you've chosen a theme for your wedding you can pick cards with the stationary that will closely match the theme of your wedding colors. This will give a preview to your guests of what wedding colors you've chosen for your wedding. You'll find a wide variety of stationary including borders, shapes and styles. You can pick cards that match your hobbies or even put a picture on the card with your favorite stationary design with the wedding colors to match. If you're not sure of wedding colors you can match the cards with the flowers. You can choose the brides-maids dress color for the wedding colors on your card.
