These details are a MUST for my dream wedding

We are having a gorgeous outdoor ceremony. I want a vintage rustic feel to all aspects of the decor and setting. I love little details. The DIY feel.

What specific requests do you have for your vendors?

Just being easy to work with. This is my first wedding (and only :) ) and i am very new to the planning process. I will have a lot of questions.
