These details are a MUST for my dream wedding

We have a tiny budget. We want an outdoor ceremony with a convenient rain backup, and we want a Southwestern feeling--a venue with big sky is really important. Ideally, it's just beautiful and stress-free.

What specific requests do you have for your vendors?

Venue: something rustic and real (a farm/a b&b/a vineyard?), with gorgeous outdoor space for the ceremony that doesn't feel hemmed in (I grew up in New Mexico, and I miss the big sky!).
Photography: folks who will be unobtrusive but friendly, and who will give us something artistic and off the beaten path.
Catering: Kosher with a flare--we would love New Mexican food or breakfast for dinner.

What do you want guests to remember most about your wedding?

The authenticity of it, the creative beauty, and having had a fantastic time--we want it to be a time to thank our friends and family for bringing us together.
