These details are a MUST for my dream wedding

Ceremony location is already determined. Reception location should be outside/semi-outside or at a site with lots (and lots) of windows. It MUST be economical - no hidden costs or surprises. We want an afternoon reception with hors d'oeuvres and cakes/pies/sweets only, no full meal. We want dancing and conversation. It should be beautiful but not too serious - a bit of humor should be weaved into anything that is too romantic or lovey-dovey.
