These details are a MUST for my dream wedding

Outside wedding around sunset. A big tent for the reception. I want baby's breath, poppies, scabiosa pods, lavendar and alot of wildflowers.

What specific requests do you have for your vendors?

I'm on a pretty tight budget so I need an affordable florist or an alternative way to get the flowers I need.
