These details are a MUST for my dream wedding

We are having an outdoor ceremony followed by a cocktail reception. As per venue guidelines, the wedding will take place in evening.

What specific requests do you have for your vendors?

We would like a caterer that can provide an affordable hors d'oeuvres menu for our cocktail reception. We are looking for a photographer that can be with us around 6-8 hours and knows how to shoot great candids, in lower light conditions. I am looking for a "day of" coordinator that will be in charge of working with the venue in my place. String quartet/acoustic guitar. LOCAL Vendors PLEASE!

What do you want guests to remember most about your wedding?

Overall, we want guests to remember what a great time they had. Family and friends coming together for a night of great food, drinks and dancing.
