These details are a MUST for my dream wedding

Must have a lovely dress with a train, horse carriage ride, and i would like the reception to be outside maybe in a tent? like from 5 pm into the night so we can have a beautiful sunset!

i would want a wedding planner who is okay with me changing my mind because i can be undecisive.
